Signs Your Roof Needs Attention
Granules in the gutter mean the shingle surface is wearing away from age or heavy sun.
Curling or cupped shingle edges point to heat damage and loss of the adhesive seal.
Daylight through the attic boards shows gaps in the deck or missing underlayment.
Water stains on ceilings or walls often trail back to a cracked vent boot or worn flashing.
Moss or algae growth traps moisture against the shingle surface and speeds up rot.
Sagging ridge or eaves suggests sheathing has taken on water and lost its strength.
Common questions
Still have a question?
Call us and ask. Phones are answered 7am to 11:30pm, every day.
Call (813) 939-8330Should I repair my roof or replace it?
If the damage is contained to one area and the surrounding material is still sound, a repair usually makes sense. When leaks are widespread, the deck is soft, or the shingles are brittle and bald, a replacement costs less over time. We'll show you photos of both options so you can decide.
My ceiling is dripping right now. What do I do?
Put a bucket under the drip and poke a small hole in the ceiling to let the water drain in one spot instead of spreading across the drywall. Call us and we'll get a tarp on the roof to stop more water from coming in while we schedule the repair.
When can I call?
Our phones are answered from 7am to 11:30pm, seven days a week.
Do you help with insurance paperwork?
We provide dated photos, written descriptions of the damage, and a repair scope you can submit to your carrier. Whether a claim is paid is up to your insurance company.
How long does a roof replacement take?
It depends on the size of the roof, its pitch and the material going on. Weather can stretch the schedule. You get a start date with the written quote, and we keep you posted as the job moves.
